Dt-6^thMay,2014: Re-Constitution of Audit Wing Under Lawngtlai Zone

In exercise of powers by clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 4 ot the Mizoram Value Added Tax Act 2005 (Act No 1 of 2005), the "Audit Wing" under Lawngtlai Zonal Office is hereby re-constituted to take up Tax Audit cases under Section 28 of the Mizoram Value Added Tax Act read with rule 29 of the Mizoram Value Added Tax Rules 2005 with immediate effect until further order.
