• 3. Voters ID
• 4. Bank Account (First page of Bank Passbook)
• 5. 2 copies of Passport size Photo
• 6. ILP(Inner Line Permit) for Non-Tribal

AT THE TIME OF CST REGISTRATION

• 1. Court Fee stamp Rs 25/- (attach in Application Form)
• 2. VAT/POL Registration Copy (Photo Copy)
• 3. VAT/PT Clearance Certificate
• 4. VAT/PT No-Due Certificate
• 5. PAN Card (Photo Copy)
• 6. Bank Pass Book (1st page photo copy)
• 7. Photo Copy of Licence in case of items requiring licence from any Authority
• 8. National Saving Certificate(can be obtained from Post Office) is to be issued at the time of receiving certificate
• 9. 5 Copies of Passport size photo
